    I bought Call of Duty Modern Warfare when it first came out I uninstalled it after Cold War came out. I have decided that I don't like it nearly as much as Modern Warfare and I want to re-install that. However, when I went to re-install it the xbox store is trying to tell me that I don't own it. I don't know what to say to this I own the content I paid for it I have beaten the campaign and played many hours on the multiplayer. How can they say I don't own it when less than six months ago I was playing it? I am not paying for this game again and If I'm not able to re-install a game that I payed for I deserve a refund for it at the very least. Is there something that I'm missing? Is there a way to fix this error?

    I would make sure you are using the same account that you used to originally purchase the game, Go to account.microsoft.com and click on Payments and Billing and then Order History, you should be able to go back and see the game in your purchase history.

    I have the same problem, except I am trying to download it from the game menu and it's trying to charge me. I own the season pass on the console it was downloaded on, and I already got content from BL2 under the season pass.

    i have the same issue although i have not purchased the bundle just the megalodon shark card for Xbox one, i have brought that in the past and its now saying that i can not buy it again, is there any way i could fix this otherwise i have just wasted 90 odd quid on something I will not actually be able to use, thanks!

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Since you already own the content that will not be possible. It is bundled that's why it will not work even if it's just the currency that you wanted to obtain.

    They are having issues with it right now. I bought the season pass and it is trying to charge me again when I have already paid. They are aware of this and are in the process of fixing it.
