    Okay, so I don't know why Microsoft decided they are going to be absolute turd farmers but this is the most frustrating time. Why did they get rid of 18004MYXBOX? Why is it every time I try to get support for ANYTHING it says, "xbox calls and chat is not
    available for this option"?

    My xbox keeps shutting down due to ventilation. It's in an open area and vents are not blocked. Likely the xbox needs to be opened and cleaned, but I believe that voids the warranty. I'm trying to contact xbox to set up a repair but navigating the support
    is worse than shooting myself in the head; I'd rather dunk my testicles in hot tar.

    Another issue I'm having is that my wired internet won't connect to xbox live. It connects to the router and the router has internet. There is no issue with the router, the connection, or the internet. I've checked settings on the router with hundreds
    of advice articles online and I've called my ISP which said nothing was wrong. It's this piece of trash xbox's issue and I can't talk to a frakkin agent about it. If I restart the console, it works sometimes, but not every time. If I connect to wireless
    it works. Last time I talked to an agent I got it connected to wireless and the agent was like, "good enough". What a frickin joke. I'm so glad all this **** is happening this year, so I can make sure I make the jump to PS5 next gen instead of investing
    in another 7 years of frustration.

    XBOX IS TRASH....

    It's giving me a network connection error because for some reason my Teredo is unavailable. I have tried everything and still nothing. I tried to reach out to Xbox and as you can tell....that didn't work. PC is updated.

    could be down to your router or isp too.

    go start menu, settings, gaming, xbox network, check and when it fails select fix and once that is done select check again.

    Lmao, I appreciate the help but you must've missed the part that I was on the phone with them for 2 hours. They pretty much couldn't help me...I did everything from checking my internet to switching to my mobile hotspot to see if that was it. It didn't help. Then they transferred me too another guy who just hung up. I don't know what to do at this point....
