    So it's been over 4 years since this report system and ban **** is being abused beyond any **** control. And then u have even bigger retarded retards that hand out bans like it's going out of style! The best part is when I demand proof of why I am muted.
    After finally being able to do a case review by answering 20 trash questions. I demanded proof of why I was muted. And like before they have no proof and this time they juts ignored me. Not even a lame ass excuse like before. They are literally just ignoring
    my case review because they literally have nothing to show me. Yet my 2 week comms ban is still active? Literally makes 0 sense and obviously the Microsoft team is just taking money and saying **** everyone. Someone do something because it is beyond rediculous
    that the trash support team does not handle this and that no on one gives a flying **** about this. **** stupid as ****!

    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
    & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

    My first one lasted 3 years. I'm on my second one with an extended warranty and it's almost 2 years old without any problems yet. my brother has a 5 year old xbox and another brother with a 6 year old xbox, both working perfectly fine and they both play
    them a lot. I don't know why but for some reason I just find it weird that weird that some people have such bad luck with their xboxs.

    Your game should not uninstall because you canceled an update. Canceling an update simply stops the update installation process. It does not delete anything whatsoever.

    Unfortunately, the powers that be don't read this forum. I've gone through half-a-dozen systems myself due to loose solder joints and malfunctioning DVD drives. It's cost a fortune (warranty gets you a refurb which might itself be faulty, cheaper in the
    end to buy new ones every time).

    I know what it's like. But the neglect in designing the original Xbox 360 with poor thermal management, and using aggressive DRM together with error prone DVD units, has made a ridiculous number of us know what it's like. MS dun goof'd with the Xbox 360
    manufacturing since day one.

    Unfortunately, Sony has problems too. Maybe less spectacular, but they do exist and also make many a gamer let their PlayStation kiss the pavement.

    It's not unique to game consoles eeither. Don't get me started on the digital tv set top boxes I've had over the years...
