XBOX IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! EVERYONE GET RID OF YOUR XBOX!!

I have had an xbox for 8 years. Never once got a ps. Now I'm starting to reconsider with the way they treat their costumers. They try to take every penny we got even behind our backs. This company charged me for extra months that I didn't want to pay for
because i knew I wasn't going to be on. Also has no money im that account it was trying to draw from. This company will just try to steal all of your money. I've been a member for 8 years and this is the thanks I get?!!! Say bye bye to the xbox and hello playstation!!
Oh and every game store I run into every thing I see about xbox I will make sure they know how you people are to your costumers. and the scams you have!! And I bet this post will be deleted because they don't want people to know how they really are.

Which is a shame since they do not list my provider. I just had to get rid of Comcast. Such a horrible company with the worst customer service I have ever seen.

the best way to get rid of hackers is to file a complaint as M0Z said but also you could try asking everyone in your lobby, party where ever it is the hacker is bothering you to file a complaint aswell then just let the xbox enforcement team deal with them.

 

Out of curiosity, why do you have so many games on your card that have all of the achievements unlocked as "unlocked offline". Many of those are online-only achievements as well.

As for your issue, you should have turned off "auto renewal". Simple. support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-membership

 

Yeah. No thank you Yes Xbox has many problems. I mean I had to replace kinect, Xbox One itself and 2 mics, Got hacked when BF3 was released and never got my old account back, yet I am still surprisingly happy to be a xbox member. Had some awesome moments
on xbox back in the World At War and Black Ops 1 days and don't think I'll ever change no matter what.

 

Sorry but it is your responsibility to manage your account Verdoodt, I fail to see how you not turning off auto renewal is MS fault?, or not updating your payment options so money was taken from the correct account.

I can't see how either of these instances could be described as theft really. More an oversight on your part.
