    I would have to agree, they are a joke.

    I called in to microsoft once to report someone for using a mod on BO2, when I went back and watched the video you could see at the beginning of the game the guy loading his options, they said there was nothing they could do about it, that I would have to
    report it in game.

    You must be new to gaming.There have been far worse consoles than the xbox one in the past.

    As for the enforcement team,nothing to fix.

    There's a set of rules that everyone agrees to follow when they start their account.

    If you are caught breaking those rules then you are punished,also something everyone agrees to.

    Quite simple really.

    It's the same, however the dayone limited edition xbox live has to be the biggest joke of all the limited edition crap publishers put out.

    Steelbook for live..... probably cost £40+
