Xbox is telling me what tabs I'm on and I cant figure out how to shut it off.

Every time I move around the dashboard the xbox will tell me what tab I'm on and what I'm doing. Confused!!!!

Battlefield Origins

I am on an XBOX ONE cant figure out what is up. Cant figure out how to log into my Origins account. It just prompts me to create an ID and upon entering either my email or my name I get an in use message.

 

Auto updates

I don't know where to post this and I'm very angry so I'll be damned if I'm gonna figure it out

I'm in the middle of a battle on eso online and suddenly my game shuts right off and Xbox tells me I have an update and I can't stay online or do anything until I do the update

NO THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!

Xbox notifies me of hat there is an update by email or when I turn my console on and I decide if I want to do the update now or later after I have had enough of gaming for the day

That is how it works

I own the Xbox, it doesn't own me

I tell it what to do, it doesn't tell me what to do!!!!!!!

Now that I have clarified that, tell me how to tell my console that

I would like an email from Xbox support telling me they have replied and answered my question

 

It sounds like you may have turned the narrator on.

To turn it off press and hold the power button on the controller to bring up the shut down screen then press the menu button on the controller. Alternately you can go to the setting menu and then select Ease of access from the bottom of the list.
