    About two months ago I purchased 4 months of Xbox live for my Xbox one. Now it's telling me I don't have gold and it didn't give me a message that it was going to run out. Please help

    Maybe say something nice about Microsoft on the ign Xbox lobby so they put it back on for you.

    Sorry to hear about your troubles that sounds very odd? Are you sure it was 4months? I would check to make sure it was. But if your sure then maybe contact support.

    I am having the same problem it wont let me play online or be in parties and its getting quite annoying my live doesnt renew for another 15 days

    Your issues appear to be related to the current service status, which is being worked on.

    hi, I have bought the xbox live so everything is affixed on email and then I go I see the bill , at that point I decided to go to eliminate my credit card and automatically renew Xbox Live but do not turn off and I disappears the gold

    Please help I'm desperate
