    thanks for the advice but today, i cant connect to xbox live whatsoever and its saying that it cant connect to my wireless as it has no bars of signal. This is strange because it has never happened before and for ages i have been trying to fix it using
    the instructions given on the website but none of them worked :/

    I'm having exactly the same problem, When you load the game it should automatically connect to ea servers but it fails, it says Ea servers are not available at this time, Im in the UK

    I created another profile and it worked, but my lead profile still wont connect to the EA servers anyone help with that?

    Still cant play nba jam online its having issues like many others about not connecting to games online.

    However my problem is it wont connect to the servers on my main profile.

    mine lets me download but it completely crashed my Xbox 360, I now cant connect to online when playing any game, it takes ages to load anything now and the Witcher download stopped a 20% and only said pending and wont do anything else

    Hello,

    today I have been unable to connect to xbox live on my account on my xbox 360, I have tested my internet connections both on wireless and via cable and both work fine, I can log onto my account on my pc.

    I cant play my game due to updates required...but I cant download this update due to not being able to connect to live, I also cannot play games I have downloaded from gold either. My home screen is also taking ages to load now and I didn't have this problem
    the other day.
