Xbox is stuck on update pending, Not sure what's going on..

hey guys, well BT cut off my internet couple of weeks ago because of issues with them keep cutting us off with no indication of the bill so I'm switching and for the mean time with no internet I'm using a open zone with the whole internet MAC address change
thing to & everything works fine just there's a issue with updating, I might switch to my iPhone to see if the update pushes through but it's been pending for 2-3 days and when I go to latest update status sometimes it'll say update successful with last update

will post up on report a problem in a bit for more diagnostics for the team but was wondering if anyone else has simple issues with Xbox one and open zone (cache seems like a large problem too as sometimes I have to sign in and out after getting connected
to open zone as it gets stuck on the last minute cache throughout the night when it auto disconnects from bt fon

my friends list won't display anymore, it keeps telling me to refresh, but that doesn't work, help!

window 10 xbox app, wont' display friends list anymore, not sure what's going on, probably has to do with the new update. thanks MS :/

Hi! When you purchase an Xbox LIVE subscription through the console, automacic billing is enabled for the account. Unless you call Xbox support to turn it off, you will be billed every month for the service. What has most likely happened here is that the
system was unable to charge your card for the renewal of the subscription, which caused the account to become suspended. When a credit card is declined, the subscription is not immediately suspended. We actually wait 2-3 weeks before suspending the acct to
