    Xbox is stuck on signing in


    Okay so I've been trying to sign into my Xbox live account on the 360 and every time I do it never goes past the signing in and all I get is that circle constantly looping so I don't even get an error code since it's never gotten to that point.

    The thing is I ran a Network test and it said everything was fine and I can sign into Xbox live on my Xbox one with absolutely no problems whatsoever and play multiplayer so I don't believe this is an issue on my end and is an Xbox live problem.

    Xbox 360 Stuck on Dashboard Loading Screen

    I just tried signing into the Xbox Live Dashboard a minute ago, and it's not working again. It gets stuck on the loading circles.

    Hi Thdyingbreed,

    -First Delete just your profile off the console not profile and items , now make sure you know your Email and Password before you do this.

    -Then Power down your router completely and then in your network settings on your 360 go to factory reset.

    -Power on your router and then once it is fully power on and broadcasting then power on your 360.

    -Select download profile and then download your profile and sign in.

    I'm having a similar problem, today I turned on my xbox 360 & signed in and I was stuck at the loading screen for 5 minutes then I decided to turn off the xbox and turn it back on. I signed in again and it loaded the dashboard, then I went to account management
    and got stuck at the loading screen again.
