    Xbox is still broken after service and I can’t get help?


    I sent my Xbox Series X for repair last week. It stopped turning on, I figured the power supply was bad. It finally came in and I was excited about it, because it is my main do it all device streaming video and gaming. But alas, as I booted up the console after plugging it back in it’s rightful place and hearing that familiar chirping as I pressed the power button.

    I was instantly depressed, it wasn’t sending a video signal to my Tv at all. On top of that the fan wouldn’t turn, I couldn’t sync a controller, then the console shut itself down. In denial I pressed the power button again, same thing.. I even tried different cables. I think my little buddy is dead.

    I contact support thinking they would help, the first person was apologetic but not interested in helping and asked if I would be ok with submitting another order myself. So I hang up and try, but can only make a service order for accessories? So I tried to request call backs a couple times and got disconnected idk I live in the boonies, coulda been my service idk…

    But I can’t make an order online, can’t call requesting that be fixed now cause there’s a limit on that (what?) and I’m stuck staring at this sad little box. Why would my first time ever sending a console in for service be this complicated.

    Can't sign in on enforcement.xbox.com

    You can see the enforcement issue now but still can’t do anything on the page. So still broken

    Console issue or controller issue!

    This is not a console problem. It is the controller drifting. There could but something broken inside the controller or dust. If you still have warranty then I would recommend getting a replacement. You can do that here.

    As I have stated nothing works I can’t get a hold of anyone I get sent to another tab that it’s just broken and doesn’t work if I have to I will go through my bank and tell them to dispute these charges because obviously Xbox doesn’t care or doesn’t want to help

    Help! Game Pass opens Microsoft Store to install Gaming Services (even if it's installed) instead of opening Game.

    It did not work. I have removed Xbox, and I have removed Gaming services entirely. No registry entries, no services, no folder in windowsapps. Nothing.

    It's worth noting that GamePass games that were installed that still have a shortcut on the desktop, EVEN THOUGH Xbox isn't installed, if double clicked, still go to the windows store page for gaming services, as if uninstalling gaming services and xbox did nothing.

    It's so broken. I don't get it.
