Help!!!

There is something really wrong on my xbox one S. I signed in with my pass key code on call of duty 3. played for a few minutes and got bumped off. Also every time I turned my mic off someone elses went on. this happened
over and over as I tested the situation and at the same time there was a child on that was cussing and being extremely inappropriate so my husband tried to talk to him and asked him “where are your parents?”. Then everything started shutting down. when I try
to sign in with my pass key code again it says "the passkey u entered wrong too many times” (and I didn’t do that at all). At the bottom of the screen it had two options; authorize or cancel. so I hit authorize and then it told me to use my password instead
but had no button for enter, it had a gray button saying “I forgot my password” but there was no cursor or arrow to navigate to that button as well. so no options at all. Eventually I went to networking and it said I had no connection problems(but everything
was gray and in accessible) and it stated there were social and gaming problems on there end and to go to
xbox.com/status and there was descriptions of problems I can’t even get to that point of. I can’t even get anywhere. What is the problem?

Hey Camp,

Thank you for reaching out. We currently have a
Service Alert that is affecting communication with other players as well as matchmaking in general. Since signing in is not being affected, we'd like for you to try some simple troubleshooting to get you back online. Try performing a

power cycle on the console by doing the following:

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

In addition to this, you can
remove and re-add your account. Just make sure you have your email and password. Let us know if this helps!

Not your's. You will have to wait for a fix.

Also, I would recommend contacting Xbox via phone support if you believe your Xbox has been affect.
