Xbox is slowing down and freezing

No idea whats going on my dudes, but my xbox has been constantly freezing and slowing down, and this all started ever since the Xbox one S was released and it followed with an update later in the week I believe. Now its to the point of where if I do a hard
turnoff on it and start it back up, its a 10-15 minute warm up period and the cursor will not move even ( yes while the controller is connected and turned on). Now just today, I tried to uninstall a game I dislike after playing it, so I goto the games and
apps, push the start button, and selected uninstall, little did I actually know it instead uninstalled a game that was 5 spaces to the right of it instead, not only did it do that but it also likes to open other apps instead of the one I'm trying to open,
for instance, if I went down my apps and selected to open twitch, instead another random app will open. This is highly annoying and I don't have the best internet for downloads or stuff as a 20gb game takes a whole day to download. Its also why I don't play
online, but that doesn't matter. What matters is how useless my xbox has become. I'm opting to switch to PS4 at this point as none of my friends who have a PS4 never have any problems with it. Also get rid of the Virtual "Ass"istant it is utterly useless and
never works for me, and on top of that get rid of Microsoft edge, no one likes it, it does nothing special, and it cant even play videos properly without freezing every 5 seconds.

pieces freeze

jig saw pieces are slowing down and often freezing up. Then program closes. Other games are OK

 

Hard drive content missing.

Freezing and slowing down it's sign of errors in hard drive. Seems your console's hard drive needs formatting.

 

Also don't be useless and tell me to factory reset my xbox. I already have several times to try and fix the issue and it didn't work. What a surprise right?
