    Hallo,

    I have a problem with my xbox one. When im turing him on, the xbox logo is on but the xbox himself not.

    after 10 minutes he is turing on, but the is is freezing. i don't understand it.

    xbox 360 is slow

    sounds like the hdd is failing, , but might try clearing cache and deleting any corrupted files

    Hi there,

    This worked for me, So what i did is i held the power button down for 10 seconds apparently this is meant to clear any cache from the system, Now its working like a charm, Aswell you should delete any games you dont p[lay anymore this can slow down your
    xbox one bug time.

    Thanks it seem to of fixed the issue now my xbox is as fast as the time I took it out of the box Cheers.

    New update breaks... everything

    My Xbox is doing the same thing. It is slow to load the home screen, slow to load apps, slow to load games. Even when I turn it on now it is super slow to come on. This new update looks great, but something has got to be fixed. My xbox has never been this
    slow to respond.
