Xbox is selling a broken game and will not refund.

I bought no man's sky a month and week ago. I would play a little bit than stop and wait for a update. Today I contact xbox support by phone and chat. Both times they lied to me and were rude. I wanted a refund on a game that does not work. From save corruptions,
to 10 fps most of the time, To straight up being lied to by the developers. The microsoft/xbox store does not have a disclaimer that this game is broken or full of bugs. The reviews were good at the time. I believe were fans flooding the review section. Now
there alot more bad reviews. Why are they allowed to sell me a broken game without some disclaimer or warning. I am done with xbox. Selling it. I have bought so many games and supported xbox through the preview program. With what in return, lies and rude support.
It is not my xbox that is the issue. 200 of my other games work just fine. I am not the only one. So do not tell me your game works perfectly fine. When I read countless post and reviews that the game does not work. So why Is it hard for support to refund?
Why can't they grant me one refund? I have never asked for refund ever. Why is microsoft allowed to sell something broken? I have never asked for a refund. Why is it so hard to give me my money back. After I spend thousands of dollars on live and games.

Edit: I have done troubleshooting. IT's not my Xbox. It also doesn't matter anymore. Cancelled my gold and game pass. I will not be buying xbox games or consoles anymore. Support gives me this much trouble and calls me a liar. Telling me that my game does
work. When in fact it's broken. I feel like the community and xbox don't want no man's sky to fail. I will taking my business to Nintendo. They have excellent support.

Why is Treyarch not doing anything.

If you were to buy this of GoD , Im sure you would be eligible for a refund as they are selling you a broken product i.e not fit for use. I watched a video of a guy on youtube who just buys broken games on GoD , gets the achievements then gets refunds. A
bit of a sly meat hod but if they cant be bothered to fix games they are still selling then why not.

 

Purchased DLC for Grand Theft Auto V, but can't use it

A Microsoft rep has called me a cheater three times now. I don't understand how this has turned into a third-party hands off finger pointing game Apple, Android, Amazon and so many others broker purchases AND broker refunds. Xbox live calls it's customers
cheaters.Pretty upset guys. I going to do my best to make sure this gets into a gaming magazine or blog. You're selling bad goods and blaming the customer

 

Hello! Have you tried any of the basic troubleshooting such as doing a hard reset on your console, uninstalling & reinstalling the game, etc.?

You can also submit a request for a refund at Sign in to your Microsoft account

I strongly doubt that our Support team were rude, but if you ask and argue your side of things and someone replies back with something they have already advised you, hopefully, as a human being, you will
be able to understand the frustration.

It may be worth contacting the developers, if you wish to make a complaint. Regrettably, it's Support's decision that stands in the end. It's the agent's discretion whether you are awarded a refund or not
- it's never guaranteed.

I was very nice to both ladies. I did contact the developers. They responded with a generic answer and did not answer my question. I have never asked for a refund until now. Why Can't they give to me? The game is broken they sold me a broken game. With
no disclaimer. That is messed because most of what is broken does not happen in the first 2 hours!!!! YEs they were rude. They basically called me a liar that my game was not broken. When I have video proof of the game running at 10 frames a second, Crashing
all the time. Why should I put up with xbox now? Why should not get a refund on a game that I can't or will not play ever?

 

Im sorry but I am tired of this question. Yes I have followed all the troubleshooting guides. Also what support told me to do. This has been the case since launch!!! It's not new, All my other games work flawlessly. My app run perfectly. I am a programmer.
I know what is wrong. The game that has 5 people developing it.
