Xbox is scrolling right on its own all the time.

When i switch on my Xbox and am in the home screen it constantly scrols right to store so i cant do anything. I have already restarted my Xbox but it still does not work. This happens even if i don’t connect my controler. What should i do?

Probably just a faulty console which is quite strange but you may need a replacement first I've seen of this problem

I suggest a hard reset and than resync your controller, if that didn't work try an get in contact with Microsoft to see if you can get a replacement

If this occurs even with the controller disconnected it may be something like a RockBand guitar etc if you have that or even an Xbox remote that is laying around with a button being pressed.

Hardreset your console by holding down.the power button for 20secs

Then press again to turnnit on

It maybe a drifting issue

Try unsyncing and resyncing

By pressing the sync button on the xbox and the controller

Drifting happens over.time.and if input lag.happens it canhapprn while you are unsynced

As its accepting the delayed commands

This is why you hard reset the console

On your home screen, scroll all the way to the right.

Scroll down until you see "Browse Apps". Select it.

The apps screen gives a nice overview of what's available. If you can't find the Xbox Accessories App by browsing, you can use the search feature to input its name.
