Xbox is on with blank TV screen.

HI all,

I have not played my Xbox one for a few months. When I first plugged into the the TV, it says i have about 3.5 GB of data for system upgrade. The system update was not successful. The screen said there were some issues that they could not update it.

When I turned the console off and try turning it back it, my TV screen does not show anything anymore.

My TV does not even recognize the HDMI signal. which means although its plugged into the right spot, and the console is turned, but TV just does not read the HDMI signal coming from Xbox.

I tried using a different cord, using a different HDMI output on my TV. When i plugged into my computer, TV receives the signal and shows on the screen.

I have tried these followings:

1) Unplugged everything, including the outlet and let it sit

2) hard reset by pressing the home button until it turns off

3) Eject the disc and restart.

none of them worked. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!
