    Xbox is not working properly


    My xbox stopped displaying on my screen and my controller does not turn on(wired controller)

    Also the xbox shuts down within 15-45 seconds

    I'm a little tech savvy so i took the case off and everything seems fine please help

    Hello brewedfresh , this sounds like you may have either an issue with your power supply, or it may be something internal with the Xbox it's self. For starters, try this link for some troubleshooting steps support.xbox.com/.../console-turns-off-unexpectedly

    Now, if those steps don't do anything to solve your problem, you'll want to contact Official Xbox Support either by phone or on their official chat support to see if you may need to have a replacement sent to you. So start with the trouble shooting steps
    there, and if that doesn't help contact official support.

    Hello, have you contacted Microsoft support? I guess your console is less than 2 years old, if that's the case, it's still guaranteed.
