Xbox is not updating my game

I find how to update it. We have to update games in microsoft store not in the xbox app.

When I try to update the elder scrolls online but it tells me that in order to install I need to do an update for my Xbox but when I went to update my Xbox it said there is no updates available what should I do about that

I dont know how I did it but I just unplugged my Xbox and the game still said that my xbox needed an update I checked for an update again and nothing then I went to the updates section of games and apps and I tried to update the game that way and it worked
just fine

My game did, however if you go into My games and apps on the Xbox and check in the updates section there. Also if you launch Forza and it requires an update the game won't launch but will then start the update.

I understand that updates for individual games are done by the game developers BUT in this case my XBOX was working just fine until I updated the console itself with a MICROSOFT UPDATE. Now my system dumped all of my games and even if I reload the games
they don't get past the opening graphic and then turn off or tells me they "require" an update and WITHOUT THAT UPDATE i can not play said game. These games are from a variety of developers or companies... the common theme here is the the most recent XBOX
update, unless there is some malware running around recently that some how got into my box or some other type of corruption that took place at which point how do you trouble shoot that? Bottom line my XBOX ONE plays NO GAMES since it was updated.

I also update my xbox using my broadband and there was no problem even the update on kinect and games.
