xbox is not syncing latest from forza 7 someone elses data

hi my forza 7 has started to sync old data when starting the game , why?? have lost all badges , over a 100 cars bought , lost cars that i was bidding on in auction , lost a lot of driver gear , game starts with a car i have not been driving , had 15 cars
under the red wrap waiting to buy , now have 4 , lost heaps of cars i had in my garage , lost all the mods i had bought , now i have no mods showing , whats going on ???? not happy with this

Forza Horizon 2 Sync Problem.

I own two Xbox Ones and when I switch between consoles my Forza Horizon 2 data doesn't sync. This problem started about a month ago and I thought it would right itself, but the problem has only gotten worse. Now, it either says it can't sync or it asks me
to choose between data saved on the console or data in the cloud. I have the digital version of the game and I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 for Xbox. Anyone else having this problem or have a suggestion on how fix the problem?

 

Deleted data from for a horizon 3

try removing the save data from your console and restart Forza 3. It should automaticly sync your cloud save.

Have you tried powercycle your xbox if that didn't help you should go to the forza forum or the forza support site and submit a ticket

Are you sure no one is using your account?

The wierd stuff here is that everything you do in forza is also saved in their cloud as far as I know, so your progess and most of your stuff should be always linked to your account.

hi Sanana94 thanks for giving me a reply , what my problem is , a friend plays under the same gamertag [ my acct] he has always played off line as he has had no internet acess, now in the last week internet has become available at his adress and of course
his console thinks i have 2 consoles , he has gone online under my gamertag and this has caused my syncing to play up , i have lost completed game data for horizon 3 forza 5 , and 4 mths worth of gaming for forza 7 , forza 6 seems ok forza horizon 3 and forza
5 have gone back to the start of game screen and forza 7 is showing data from 4 mths ago i have not tried farcry 5 or other games yet to see if they have also lost data , is there anyway i can recoder data from the cloud that has gone missing ? it seems as
if his machine is over writing my cloud saves or something , very desperate as have lost yrs worth of playing , over 200 cars in forza alone . thank you any one who may be able to help me

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue and keeping us updated as you go along. When it comes to your saves being overwritten by your friend, any time your profile syncs to the cloud, it will upload that information regarding progress/saves to it as
well. You can always attempt to manage the cloud saves or see if you're able to recover them (if possible). You may wish to check out the article Xbox
One cloud game saves: FAQ for further information about that.

Regarding his usage of the account that belongs to you, you should likely ask him to create his own account/Gamertag in order to preserve your own progress and saves in the future as well. Its actually a violation of the

Microsoft Code of Conduct to allow him to use your account directly. If you'd like him to be able to still have usage of any of your games or subscriptions, then what is recommended is that you utilize the game sharing feature for Xbox One by designating
your profile as the Home Console profile. Here are some handy articles that you can feel free to check out in relation to that:
