    Xbox is not Recognizing my Gold Subscription


    When I'm logged into my Xbox One with my live account with an active, year long Gold subscription, it still asks me to "Go Gold" when going to the gold membership area and only lists the two sample teaser games, but not the entire list of Gold games or features.

    Any recommendations? I appreciate any suggestions or help on this!

    Xbox rewards is recognizing my gold subscription suppose to be giving me 4% back it's only giving me 2% please help

    Error in gold status

    Hello DannyWC,

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

    My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    Xbox is not Recognizing my Gold Subscription

    I kinda had this same problem when trying to get a 3 month using a friend's debit card but when i purchased it for the first time it told me i still wasnt gold. So i reset the xbox, still no luck so i purchase it like 2 more times HOPING they didnt actually
    charge 9 months worth of gold into the card. i could really use an answer as well

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:
