xbox is not reading fifa's disc

i bought today xbox one x.

When i put in fifa's disc the console didnt read the game.

what can i do?

HI,my xbox 360 cant read my fifa 13 disc,but he can read fifa 12,fifa 13 doesnt have any scratches and yesterday he read the cd(sorry,im german and my english isnt good )

 

Xbox not reading Fifa 17

So i have Fifa 17 on disc with very minimal scratches... and my Xbox wont read the disc, please help, i don't know how to fix it.

 

What error is giving to you?

Is the disk new? Are there scratches? is the disc reader of your console making strange or very loud noises?

Is the only game doing it? Can you try another disc?

Have you tried cleaning your disc?

Hold the disc by the edges without touching the top or bottom surfaces.

Using a soft, clean, slightly damp cloth, lightly wipe from the centre of the disc outwards.

Try cleaning the disc first, there are few other "unofficial" ways to clean discs that I don't feel like to advice here but you can google for it. (Some of them can be harmful for the disc, but in some cases save a scratched disc)

 

i bought the xbox today with fifa 19.

the console is new and the disc is clean.

 

Can you try a different disc?

Maybe a movie DVD and a BluRay movie as well?

If other discs work, but not the FIFA disc, you should contact Electronic Arts support for a replacement disc (they replace defective discs for free, but take a small shipping and handling fee).

If other discs don't work as well, try to hard reset the Xbox One console by holding the power button on the console for at least 10 seconds.

When the console restarts, make sure the console shows you a green startup screen.

After the console has finished starting up, try to insert the discs again. If the discs still don't appear, return the console to the store and have them exchange it, or request a warranty repair through

You have to try a power cycle or erase the cache.

 

You could also try by installing the current BluRay player app. It has been known to help in some situations.
