Xbox is not letting me play my games (discs)

This **** piece of **** is saying I don't own the game even though its in the xbox! I paid for these games and I paid 500$ for the ****, I should be able to play my **** games. If this doesnt get sorted out I'm selling or smashing this **** piece of garbage
and buying a Playstation.. This is **** **** I'm being ripped off. I recommend no one buys your piece of **** xbox or anything from microsoft

Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Hopefully that will resolve the issue for you.

I try to play my games and it says that my saved data wasn't found. I tried to sign out and sign back in and when i tried to sign back in it doesn't work. My internet is fine I've checked it a thousand times. I need help! Please!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

i did not resolve the problem but my friend told me if you want to play the game you can only use a disc dont bother buying any xbox original game on xbox live marketplace it will not let you play it at all enless you have a disc the marketplace is just
a joke

First try uninstalling the original download of the game, it may have been corrupted, if not you may need to contact our support team

Don't install any discs to the xbox hard drive. the only thing you need to do is start up disc 1 and let it install! then put disc 2 in to play the game! if you're still having problems let me know!

I have found that playing a cd or dvd for 30 secs in the xbox before putting in my mw3 disc has let me play it. If i turn on xbox and go straight into the game i get all the disc read errors. Hope this works for some people until a proper solution is found.
