    Hey there Mythic60Fps,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully attend to this issue. I can totally understand how this could throw anyone off a little. I suggest trying the steps provided by our support article called

    the Xbox One Connection and Network Solution    . Just basically follow the path that indicating that your console can't connect to Live, and then that you get an error message. If your DNS is not resolving Xbox server names, choose that path and it should
    help.

    When you get the chance, give that a try and let us know if that helped.
