: xbox is not letting me into my internet

Have you gone into settings and under set up wireless network, advanced settings, then DNS settings. There you can set it to automatically set or manually set it. Normally under automatic it will take your DNS settings from your service provider which
for most people will be good enough. You can also try different DNS servers if the ones your provider give slow your speeds.

I would personally take a look at this Windows Central article for help with altering your DNS settings to hopefully speed up your network speed. That could be one issue as to why you're getting that network troubleshooting error, meaning your network is
too slow or is being slowed down for some reason.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully attend to this issue. I can totally understand how this could throw anyone off a little. I suggest trying the steps provided by our support article called

the Xbox One Connection and Network Solution. Just basically follow the path that indicating that your console can't connect to Live, and then that you get an error message. If your DNS is not resolving Xbox server names, choose that path and it should
help.

I would try a hard reset, of you are in the preview program this has been an issue.
