Xbox is not downloading the games when it's off on the 10.0.19041.4661 os

You have to select "Turn external Storage off" in power settings when in Always on mode, otherwise it will stay on as the OS checks for updates and game downloads etc.

Did you reset and setup from scratch also?

does yours crash and turn off when playing games or on the xbox OS?

The problem doing a reset will not fix it since all new downloads work correctly.

The games i had 250+ downloading at once i Paused the downloads. They all gone away. I unplugged the power and left it off for couple minutes. This done nothing to fix the downloads issue of them all coming back up with nothing downloading at all in queue
box. As this would stop all games from reshowing until a download stops for a sec.

i think its a OS bug issue.

since all game images are on my xbox now inside hard drive. But when i go to play the game it wants to take me to store and i can download them fine from that point on.

when i posted this i kind of thinking nothing can be done... but on the off chance anyone else experience that fixed it could shine in.

When you say "randomly turns on" do you mean it actually goes to the home screen, or do you mean you can hear the hard drive inside whiring?

If its the latter, it does that if your system is in "low power mode" this allows it to download updates for games/OS when its switch off.

I'm having the Same problems, the game allows you to download when you buy it. but it doesn't show in your game list or allow you to play it. Microsoft has soo many BUGS in the Xbox OS!
