Xbox is not displaying on my monitor.

I have had a pc for the last couple of months and I've been able to switch to my Xbox on the monitor perfectly fine. just recently has the Xbox not being displayed on the HDMI setting, i have tried troubleshooting my Xbox and have tried various HDMI cords. I know my pc can run the Xbox smoothly so why is it doing this now?

Thanks I did try on another monitor and tv but neither worked definitely something wrong with the Xbox itself.

could be that the hdmi or something else has gone wrong on the xbox, have you tried the xbox on another tv/monitor.

Absolutely! But the display should be able to do 120Hz, but only at 1080P as this is a limitation of FreeSync with HDMI for this display.

Make sure you enable VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) in the Xbox display settings as this will remove stuttering and screen tearing.

Just on a technical note, 1440P monitors are not 2K displays. A 2K display is 1080P, 1440P monitors are 2.5K

thats ok then, but in the long run may be easier to pick up a used screen with hdmi, can be had for 20 pounds sometimes.

may cause issues as the monitor has to support HDCP too. i know some older monitors that had dvi did not have hdcp either.

I found the specs of it on CNET and it lists this:
