    Xbox is not booting


    My Xbox is not working well last year. The earlier problems we solved hard reseting it, but now I dont think is a mere sofware issue anymore.

    The last boot issue was: did not boot, showed me an error message that is not network Xbox help Page. Rebooted it. "There was a problem with your update", along with errors 0x880500B6, 0x00000000 and 0x00000201.

    Im clueless about what to do.

    Your console power on as soon as you press the button, right?

    If yes, are you receiving an error message? or the console is stuck on the Xbox logo (or something similar)?

    In the meantime, if your console hardware is fine, you should be able to perform the offline update:
