    Xbox is not booting only showing no signal


    Hi,

    My xbox one is not booting and showing no signal on tv, power cable is fine can see white light in front as well as on power supply. Disc tray is also working, fan too working.

    I tried troubleshoot via bind button + tray button and power, however nothing is happening.

    Don't know what to do more? Also, can someone give address of xbox service center in Bucharest, Romania that would also be helpful, if no solution is there.

    anyone get a working console..

    I've had no video signal right out of the box. I'm not sure, but the hard drive may not even be booting up.

    If you have tried all the steps this trouble shooting page:
    Troubleshooting a Blank Screen TV or Monitor While Your Xbox One is on and all fails you
    will either need to set up a repair or contact Xbox Support like mentioned on that troubleshooting page.

    The best way to reach Live Support would be here: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us#0

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category(Games)
    and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    When registering a repair it will also show if the console is within warranty or not, when within warranty the repair/replacement will usually be covered by Microsoft.

    AND I am happy to report I JUST did the recommended action and it was successful...... I DID have to re-seat my HDMI cable it showed as "no video signal" on the cold boot

    When in quick boot my TV always has a signal even when the Xbox is "sleeping".

    I'm having a similar issue, but also when I boot up the Xbox (from "full off" mode) there's no sound on the tv signal. All the menu sounds are present, and the only way to fix it is to put the Xbox in standby and reboot. This only started happening after
