Xbox is [Mod Removed-Profanity]!!!!

Dear Xbox/ Microsoft,

I recently bought a 25 dollar gift card, and attempted to spend that money on fortnite vbucks.. I clicked on the 24.99 option, and when I attempted to make the transaction, it said I didn't have enough. I bought the 9.99 option twice, and after doing the
math, I found that for one 9.99 transaction, I had to pay an extra 67 cents for "taxes". I own a PS4 too, and I know for a fact that they don't charge you tax for buying virtual currencies or games from the play station store. I used to be a huge xbox supporter,
but nowI know how absolutely [Mod Removed-Profanity] it really is. Next year, I'm not buying any of my games for xbox, and won't renew my xbox live gold. Great job on being such a corporate,
[Mod Removed-Profanity],[Mod Removed-Profanity] company. Please, do something about this
[Mod Removed-Profanity] soon.

I've always liked PS3 better than XBOX 360 , and then at a pawn shop i was offered a deal on an XBOX 360 that was better than the PS3 that was there. I bought the XBOX and the first thing i wanted to do was play online but then this [mod removed: profanity]

Listen, TAX IS THE LAW. Microsoft has zero (0) nada, none, naconie, (after listing "no" in every language possible) control over taxes. Sony is headed in Japan and they may have different laws there. If you have a problem you can contact the president, who
is currently dealing with a meeting with Kim, but its not the news, this is the Xbox forums.

That being said, tax is tax and everyone has to pay it

 

So why can't they just put total price with applicable taxes included?

Seriously just tried a similar purchase transaction and proof! No transaction because I don't know how much more I need....uhhhg

 

Sales tax is different for every state and can change at different times. They don’t show it probably for the same reason physical stores don’t ever show prices including tax.

I was pretty sure the last couple purchases I made on Xbox it showed the final price before I clicked confirm but that may be a state to state difference.

 

At least your console isn't bricked.

That would be good. That’s how it is here in Ireland. What you see is what you pay. The problem for you is tax is different in different states, but it’s the same here for the whole country.
