XBOX IS *** ME!!!!

so every once in a while ill buy xbox live gold 1 month at a time, making sure to turn off my auto-renewal. i know i turned it off because i have no money on the card usually after so i make a habit of turning it off. this time for some reason i noticed
i still had xbox live past the 1 month period so i just chalked it up to a mistake on microsofts end. only to find out a few days later that i was actually charged via auto-renewal... now i didnt have any money in my card but days later im all the sudden charged
again but this time with a $34 insufficient funds fee...

im being *** over here... something went wrong on there end and they turned my auto renewal back on without my consent and charged me for another month that i had no idea about until it was to late. now im stuck with having to pay more because of microsoft....
this is complete BS. and now there security for there website is getting in the way of me getting complete access to my account because of emails that i no longer have access to being my backup emails...

am i going to keep getting charged $34 until i pay it off? this is really aggravating and i feel like im getting robbed here by microsoft.

Xbox live is trolling me

So me and my Roomate are sharing a connection we are both nat open,since we opened our ports. sometimes he can a join a lobby in call of duty and i can't sometimes i can join a lobby and he can't , our xboxes are literally 10 inches apart from each other
so i don't get why he should be able to connect to others or i can connect to others but the other one can't i could understand it if none of us could connect but this is just bullish**.

 

Xbox is driving me crazy.

I'm sorry to hear your downloads are slower than you would like. This sounds like a networking problem if your games are taking that long to install. What is your current setup?
