XBox is loud when turned off in instant-on mode

Is it normal that you can hear some noise when the Xbox is turned off in instant-on mode??

Xbox One PSU Noise

My Xbox One Power Supply Unit is making a loud high pitched noise even when my console is turned off and in Instant On mode. It is not the normal whirring sound from the fan that is expected when the system is on.

 

Xbox One USB Power Questions

I am curious about how the power over USB on my Xbox function. Specifically, I'd like to have USB dongles turned on and off when the Xbox is turned on and off -- is this possible? Also, do the different Xbox power-off-modes effect the USB power when the
console is off via Engery-Saving mode versus Instant-On mode?

Currently, when turn off the console in Instant-On mode, all three ports remain powering the USB.

doubt it, do you have it well ventilated?

 

Mines in instant on in an enclosure with about three inches sides and top, makes no noise when idle, you might hear a bit of drive noise if there's an update being applied.

 

yes the xbox is on my desk. so there should be enough surrounding air..

I think that my Xbox One is set to the Instant On mode (white light on the power brick).

My Xbox One makes loud noises sometimes when I take out a disc and not remove it immediately.

When I do end up taking it out, the Blu-Ray Drive detected that there was something there and will try to put it inside the Blu-Ray Drive.

It then makes this lould noise, but it only happends when the above happends

It doesn't happend anymore because I immediately remove the disc once it pops out
