Xbox is going under and here is why!

I have been trying to get my broken Xbox warrantied for a couple weeks now. After 2 months with terrible online service while my PS4 has been working flawlessly I finally got a warranty replacement sent to me. I allowed a hold of
over $350 dollars on my account so they would send me a new one, this is still under warranty mind you, and a week later I get my new xbox one s and it is even more broken than the one I am sending back. It can't even pretend to connect to services that the
last one could access but only in an unplayable fashion. Today I spent over an hour on the phone going over this and was promised that my issue had been escalated to a higher office but after four hours of checking into it I find that there is no record that
my phone call even occurred. When confronted with this even their online chat support hung up on me once before promising once again that that same thing that I was told on the phone. The first phone call, which didn't happen mind you, did result in the hold
on my bank account being released, but now I am left with two broken xboxes and nothing but the same verbal assurance that the matter is being reviewed. The Xbox division of Microsoft is in finical trouble and can anyone act surprised. I had two xbox 360s
get the red ring of death, and now I have two broken Xbox Ones. Here's a joke for you how many Xboxes does it take to find one that works? I have no idea because all I have is a pile of broken ones! I guess the jokes on me.

Is the xbox is under warrantee why is the customer being charged Shipping

There is a problem with the xbox one s Freezes up stops then shuts itself off after a while the xbox one s gets worse and worse so I call xbox for help and They suggested how about it an exchange didnt know you got charged for delivery 16 bucks To have
a ship back to xbox when it's their problem they shouldn't make the customers pay the shipping cost that's terrible My xbox 1S is not even a year-old yet xbox needs to pay For the shipping not the Customer I'm very disappointed that here their product and
they didn't even ask for permission to charge my card 15.95 for shipping Microsoft I'm very unhappy and piss

 

And my two Day 23 Xbox One's and my Day 1 Xbox One X still work flawlessly. That's my story.

 

My day one xbox is still chugging along, no problems.

Both Microsoft and Sony are in great positions at the moment with their consoles.

PC hardware prices have skyrocketed recently, especially the graphics card side, and so the Xbox One X and PS4 Pro are looking especially attractive for people who want great looking games.

I'm actually surprised that neither company are taking advantage of this in their advertising.

how are your xbox one's broken, please elaborate so we can understand you situation better.

Microsoft has a market cap of over 700 Billion Dollars, there gaming division is making a large profit, xbox is far from going under.

 

1. Buy only from an authorized retailer listed by Microsoft. Microsoft has lists of authorized retailers for the US, UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Don't buy from dodgy cheap places. You buy cheap, you get cheap.

2. Buy brand new, not second hand. You buy cheap, you get cheap.

3. I have an Xbox 360 slim 250gb console from when I joined Xbox late 2010. It's still working fine. Still working fine after EIGHT YEARS!!

4. I have an Xbox One X 1TB console still under it's 12 month warranty. Still working fine.

5. Microsoft is a multi billion dollar company. Xbox and PS4 are known worldwide. Microsoft has over 100 billion dollars in assets. And Microsoft speaks English where as PS4 run by Sony is run by a bunch of Japanese who are hated for hunting whales for "scientific
research'.

6. PS4 doesn't have games which are on Xbox. PC has games which aren't on PS4. I don't give a toss about PS4 exclusives. More people play Minecraft than ANY PS4 exclusive game.
