Xbox is gay

I get com banned for life for no reasons, people make posts about looking for people to play with and I specifically look for the "#Swearing" so I can still swear, I still get banned for that, don't call this family friendly if you give that setting and
allow 17+ games as well, it's not my fault people can't take the heat, doesn't give them the right to report, even though they put swearing and trash talking allowed, I hear people say **** a lot and I don't see them get banned, I say ****, banned for life.
THIS IS RETARTED.Don't give us this setting if people are still going to report you.

Don't say, "It has nothing to do with the age of the game, still E", NO, they shold have it do everything with the game, we have amendments, we have right to speak, ****, I hear kids curse more than me, which is even more ****, don't say go to enforcement
because they don't understand anything at all. AND what's point of banning for life, people will Always curse and people can always make new accounts, so this is pretty retarted in my opinion.

spiderman1707 a player on xbox has been calling me gay and making fun of gay people. i do not appreciate this, i have friends who are gay. he says he cant get get banned or suspended for saying these things

 

I agree that there shouldn't be a search option for swearing allowed in the clubs etc. section as swearing is not allowed on xbox live.Never understood why that option is there.

The age rating on a game means that someone under that age can't buy the game,it doesn't mean that they can't play it & it doesn't apply to xbox live/online multiplayer.

Everything you do on live has to be rated E for everyone.

Your amendments & right to say whatever you want does not apply to xbox live,once you agree to the ToU/CoC then you give up those rights.

If you hear people saying something that you think violates the ToU/CoC then report them.

When you are banned your forfeit all digital content,remaining gold etc.You digital content can't be used while connected to live by any account & can't be re downloaded.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums you would need to go to the enforcement site
