Xbox is FALSE Advertising

so I seen a promotion regarding the Xbox live rewards program. It stated sign up to Xbox live rewards and recieve 1 month game pass FREE! However after signing up I got the email saying thanks for joining Xbox live rewards but did not receive the game pass.
This is false and very misleading and a complete scam into getting people to join Xbox live rewards as far as I man concerned and I am not a happy customer. I hope this is taken seriously and will be sorted out quickly as I am very disappointed I just want
my free game pass trial like the promotion said.

Better Business Bureau & False Advertisement

What is the legal definition of false advertising? Or the elements required to prove false advertising? Just so we can differentiate between that and normal advertising, which is always to some extent false and misleading.

You get the free month for signing up to the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards Program. If you signed up for the Microsoft Rewards program and did not receive the pass, you'll need to contact their customer support
via their redemption page.

you see, your trying to compare Skate 3 on the Xbox One and Skate 3 on the Xbox 360, they are different things.

If you want it why not buy it on the Xbox One?

Of course its misleading at a glance, its done on purpose.All the info is there though, so always read the fine print.

It's a promotion for first time Gold Members. If you're not, like M3tal has said, it could take a while to update.

Definitely confusing, you've got me curious now as to whether they label the telltale games first episodes as a 'full game'

I personally bought the disc version of revelations to skip these shenanigans, the raid mode is really fun and finally online.
