    My x box is working fine but I have two other accounts and I can't seem to sign into them even when I get the password correct. Also I can't purchase any games with Xbox live gold for reasons I don't know this really disappointing knowing how much potential
    Microsoft has please help.

    My 250GB Slim HDD is not recognized by my console.

    The Xbox drive shouldn't show up normally through a PC. It's not a standard PC HDD format. If it is failing to format on the Xbox, it is unfortunately failing overall.

    Hello martini107,

    after reading your latest update sounds to me that either your xbox could be failing or the hard drive is failing. best thing to do if you own the older xbox try swapping the hard drive with a friend and see if that works if it still does it on your friends
    xbox then its the hard drive dieing.

    What I mean is that whenever I try to sign into another account to play multiplayer games I can't sign in also my Xbox live gold has been renewed but I am having problems with purchasing games for free I even changed the password for one of my accounts but
    it still does not sign in.
