Xbox is extremely slow at loading

I have an Xbox one s that when it turns on it takes unbelievably long times to load onto anything. Starting up it takes so long, loading into my profile takes very long and loading into games takes even longer sometimes the game crashes and other times it won’t even load. When I hit the menu button the screen becomes a little bit darker which is normal but the menu doesn’t appear until a couple minutes after. Can someone help with this? Need help urgently

I have done this and it is currently pre sparing the console. I had a question it delete all saved games and progress I believe did it delete it only on this console or all other console’s where these profiles might exist?

It was stuck on this screen for 16 minutes and then it finally loaded and now it is stuck and won’t move at all no matter what button I press on this screen

Since everything is very slow on your console as soon as it starts, I would recommend you to unplug any external HD/SSD from the console. If it doesn't work or you do not have any external storage on the console, I would suggest you to reset your console to factory defaults. This will reset your console's operational system (OS) to its factory defaults.

Press the Xbox button > Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note: the "Reset and keep my games and apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to your account again.

If the issue persists, you will need to choose "Reset and remove everything". All user data, including accounts, saved games (only local), settings, home Xbox associations, and all games and apps will be deleted. Game saves uploaded to the cloud will not be lost, but you will need to download and install all your games again.

If the issue still persists after that, there's a huge change your Xbox is faulty and need to be repaired. To learn how to get your console serviced, please refer to:
