Xbox is driving me crazy.

So I buy Black Ops 3 off the marketplace and proceed to install it. Just to find out that yet another one of my games I payed $66 for is going to take we'll over a day to download. Who wants to spend that money on a game and then proceed to stare at the
xbox for over a day just to play it. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed somehow. I'm tired of paying full price for a game and then not being able to touch my xbox for a day plus.. I spend all this money and can't do a thing. well over $700 in all in
my xbox and games. PS4 atleast downloads faster.. I'm tired of wasting money.

I can't accept terms of use on my Xbox as I have a parent account we do not know this accounts password and it is not a Microsoft account so nothing is working I tried I change it and we did but when we went to log on as that account it was not a Microsoft
account so it did not log on need help! Might have to reset whole account really angry

I'm sorry to hear your downloads are slower than you would like. This sounds like a networking problem if your games are taking that long to install. What is your current setup?

As Blitz indicates it could be something with your network causing the issues. The games are very large and it does take some time to download them and if you have a slow circuit it could be even worse. Could you please do as Blitz asked and post your
network information.

Are you 100% sure that when you reset the password you reset it for the microsoft account and not just the email address? For instance my microsoft account is a gmail email address, but my microsoft account password and my gmail password are two separate
things. If it is a hotmail, msn, outlook or live account then dont worry it is already a microsoft account in which case it would definitely exist.

Double check the spelling of the parental email address and make 100% sure that you are spelling it the same. Try to login on account.live.com with that address.

If it still says it does not exist contact customer support, they will help you out.

Are you using a mobile site? Sometimes its easier on a desktop site.

When I'm having a problem with my account the best thing to do is to call xbox support and talk to a real person, if you can't do this go to xbox.com/account where you'll be able to text chat with a real person and they will help walk you through fixes
to solve the problem your having. It's worked for me anyway I hope you get the same satisfaction.
