    Hello SeanTheAmazon,

    Do you have other hardware in your house that is using the internet connection?

    Are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet?

    I have tried both wifi and ethernet connections, everything else in the house is working fine. It just seems to be xbox when updating/downloading games and apps. I have done a factory reset on the console and turned my modem on and off, nothing has worked.

    I have seen other threads on reddit and forums like this mentioning the same issue.

    Mate I got the same issue for a week now..

    It's definitely an xbox live issues.

    Been on the horn to xbox support, and my isp..isp service is perfect for everything, great connect to the router.. just the xbox live down speeds that r
    [Mod removed- inappropriate].

    Xbox keeps denying they have an issue keep saying it's the isp.. they are lying... all we can do is wait for them to sort it out..

    I've done hard boots, factory reset, rebooted routers, nbn etc nothing fixes it.. good luck to anyone trying to download or update anything..

    Try resetting your router . Are you using a wireless or wired connection.

    I have seen others with same problems could be a Microsoft problem that's not showing up yet 🤔
