Xbox is deleting my digital copies and charging me for them if i try to re download.

So i dont know why this is happening. I owned a digital copy of call of duty black ops 3 or w.e. one has the big zombie map its like called giant zombie map or something. And also the new modern warfare game was taken off my other gamer tag. How do i even get them back? They are trying to charge me no matter wer i look for the game on my xbox.

The first time this happened they confirmed it happened and couldnt tell me why it happened but what they did tell me was that i had to contact the people that devopled the game for a new copy....

EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THER MESS UP...

If you experience any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue.

I downloaded my digital copy on my xbox one first, now when I try to download it on my 360, it is tryin to charge me $59 when it should be free, how do I fix this

Just to be clear, did you purchase a digital copy of AC IV or did you purchase a physical disk copy of AC IV? If it is digital, then you call the MS support for Xbox one and you will have to go through all of their troubleshooting steps. You will be online
with them for multiple hours trying to address the issue as they will tell you that you have to delete and the re-download the game. Then delete the game and then clear your Xbox One cache and then re-download the game. Then they will tell you it is a problem
with your profile and they will have to reset it. Then after that you will have to call back and go through the steps again at which point yes, they may give you a refund. Best of luck to you on getting the game up and running as I know that is what we all
want to see happen!!!!!!!!

I downloaded and re-downloaded havoc for advanced warfare, it didn't work. Then I got fed up and deleted my digital copy of the game. Now I can't get my digital copy of advanced warfare to download all the way and it just says incomplete everytime! I've
downloaded 2 other games in the past 24 hours with no issues. Please help because now I can't play Advanced warfare at all

I've re-downloaded them and it did nothing, so I tried deleting them off the HD and then re-downloading them, and it didn't work. I HAVE looked at that thread before, though thank you for suggesting it, and it doesn't help. I also tried copying the files
off her xbox and onto my USB and then again onto my xbox, but that hasn't worked either. Any other suggestions?
