xbox is blaming me for being attacked by racist players

i reported to xbox that racist players were stalking me online trying to spam report me and ruin my rep i did what tech support said blocked and reported them they kept jumping in my games ruining my lobbies and almost 2 month after telling xbox they will
ruin my rep with no ban my rep was ruined now xbox is siding with the racist rage quitting cheating players and making it out as if it was my fault for being a victim of rage quitting trolls and oh yeah racism i demand my complaints be taken serious i have
video and photo evidence have for months and you guys did nothing disgusting

Your gamertag was racist & against the code of conduct.The only way to change it is by paying.

People are being banned every day for being racist etc. on xbox live so something is being done about it.
