    My name is Zorion Bethea , i'm Vietnamese. Sorry, my English not good. My console is banned, i don't know why, because i bought Xbox One about over 1 month and my Xbox is SECOND HAND, i don't know what did the old owner? He or She hacked or Cheated, i don't
    know because i'm newbie, i don't khow how to hack or cheat, i just know play games and live on Xbox, i'm a victim because i bought Xbox Second Hand. I had two chooses are Xbox One or PS4 and i choosed Xbox One, because i really love Xbox so much, i want to
    play games on Xbox. When i bought, the byer said: it had not problem and he gave me some games on my Xbox, i trusted him, and now my Xbox is banned i don't know why. I never ever hack or cheat because i ready pay for games and Xbox Live, i just want to play
    games and relax on Xbox One, WHY DON'T GIVE ME ONE CHANCE? i hope Microsoft can unbanned my Xbox One, i promise i will never ever hack or cheat. I'M A VICTIM

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    Xbox One shipped early by Target, one user gets a temporary ban by Microsoft | VG247

    Xbox is banned

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    That's the risk you take when buying a 2nd hand console.

    Permanent console bans can not be appealed & are never overturned.

    Sorry to hear about your issues, but only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issues. They do not use the forums.

    Information on device bans can be found here: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    Device bans are permanent regardless of who the new owner is. That's the danger of purchasing a used console. I suggest going back to where it was purchased and see what they can do.

    Trying to add a banned account to an Xbox is not possible. Nor is trying to add an account to a banned Xbox console (ie hardware ban)

    XBox One S can't play games

    There is a chance that the Xbox is a banned one.

    An Xbox Live device ban is permanent for Xbox consoles and devices. Even if the ownership changes, the device ban is still there and can’t be lifted. If you purchase an Xbox console or device that’s been banned, you won’t be able to connect to Xbox
    Live.

    If you’ve bought a second-hand Xbox console or device and you can’t sign in or connect to Xbox Live, it might be banned and you’ll need to contact the previous owner or user.
