    How you doing, I was reffered to speak to you about my current issue. Yesterday evening i purchased a xbox off of fb market place for my 4 year son . After getting home and doing the required console update a message came on the screen stating “ This console
    is banned from xbox live “ . At this point I dont know what to do and Ms. Lorraine (My live advisor) said that maybe you can help me solve this lssue .

    It tells me NOT ALOWED ON XBOX LIVE. The word FALL is BANNED from XBOX LIVE. How is something banned from XBOX LIVE not XBOX LIVES problem? As I said its a Microsoft Problem and they have to fix it.

    I'm afraid there is way to use "back-up" discs on the Xbox. The use of them my result in an account ban from Xbox Live and/or a console ban from Xbox Live.

    If your account is banned then it's banned from xbox live,not just the xbox 360.

    You wont be able to use it on any xbox live services.
