Xbox is badly messed up

Hi guys,

The other day I downloaded an update for FIFA 19 on Xbox one, this in itself was a struggle as it stopped at 30% for no reason, but I did a cold reset (hold down for 10 seconds) and restarted which seemed to fix the problem. When I came to load the game
it brought up a message saying it took too long to load and couldn't start. I looked a various solution to this but nothing seemed to work so I decided to leave my Xbox off for a day and try again another time. I came to try and turn my Xbox on today and it's
gotten even worse. Now when I turn my Xbox on, half the time the screen remains black and when it does come on it brings me to the home screen but won't load anything at all, I can't even bring up the settings option. I'm guessing I need to send it off to
be fixed but I wondered if anyone else had experienced the same thing/ has a fix for it?? Really frustrating as I've never had any problems with it before and it seems to have just packed up overnight!!

all service and games are now active.

We recommend to power cycle the Xbox console. Try this resource article: How

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that your console is giving you some difficulty. What we'd recommend is that you try our Xbox
One System Update Solution if you're able to bring up the troubleshooting screen or have received any system error codes/messages (they may begin with E) prior to getting a blank screen. Or, you can try the steps from our support article entitled Troubleshooting
a blank TV screen or monitor while your Xbox One is on to see if that will provide a solution.

Currently, there is a
service alert out for our Xbox Live Core Services which may make that difficult to do at the moment, so you may want to try troubleshooting once it ends.

I hope that this helps you out. Give it a try and let us know the results please.
