    I am simply trying to play NBA 2k 20, I literally played it last night but now when I attempt to play it I get an error message telling me to renew my subscription to Game pass.

    Upon checking my subscription I realize it's still not expired until 09/12/2020 a full 10 days from now. I already removed my account and added it again and I already attempted doing a hard reboot.

    Can anyone help me? Microsoft doesn't seem interested in providing any sort of assistance.

    I would like to clarify, is it asking you to choose the right plan for you and give an option to buy an Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

    If yes, it means that it's asking you for a subscription to play online which is required. An Xbox Live Gold subscription is a required subscription if we will play an online multiplayer game.

    If it's asking you to renew your Xbox Game Pass or buy the game, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and let me know if you can see the order from there stated as "completed".

    Hello my complaint is about Forza horizon 4. Every time I try to launch the game it says i need to renew my game pass. I have done everything the internet has told me to do.

    I had something similar happen to me a few days ago, where I was getting the same message as yourself. I had to renew my subscription to Gamepass.

    Do you have any other Gamepass games that you can try and launch to see if it is an issue with your subscription?
