    xbox is an absolute joke, they broke my console and expect me to pay to fix it


    so my console updated and since then i was having issues with lag and freezing during games, i then contacted support via webchat and they talked me through troubleshooting tips, after performing these actions suggest to me my console then start to not load
    up games and apps.

    so once again i contacted support, they talked me through the troubleshooting and then my console would not even load up and would get stuck on the green xbox loading screen, after contacting them 5 times in 2 days and doing as they told me to do,the console
    will now turn on but only to be stuck on a black screen or for the screen to not work at all, and now they are telling me that i have to pay to repair the console as it is broken.

    its an absolute disgrace and i urge people to never use xbox again

    they are forcing me to play games i do not want to play and also not letting me play online which is a service i pay for DO NOT GIVE ME THE EXCUSE THAT I CAN PLAY BECAUSE YOU KNOW VERY WELL WE CANNOT AS MATCHMAKING WITH BAD REP ON ALOT OF GAMES IS IMPOSSIBLE

    I want a refund

    How you could possibly release the first halo release on xbox one which is arguably your flagship franchise, as broken as it is (and i'm not just talking about the servers) and expect to get away with it i simply don't understand. I paid £370 this weekend
    just so i could play halo again as i now only play on pc, now i remember why i left console gaming in the first place. absolute joke, i want my money back.

    Well over a month, and still no progress. I've barely been able to play Black ops 3 and with Christmas in a few days, I would have really expected this to be fixed by now. An absolute joke.

    Can't access account.

    This is completely asinine that I had my account was locked after I made the necessary corrections as asked by the enforcement team. And then billed for live again. I've been a xbox customer since the release of the very first xbox... the customer support
    is a complete joke and these forums are an even bigger joke. This is just another sign for me to switch to a diferent console. Thanks for your help and input guys. But this is the straw that broke the camels back. I won't be paying a company for services
    when they don't care about their customers.
