Xbox is a joke.

Xbox is a complete joke. So ive been having this problem where when i put a game in my console, it will not read the disc. It wont even say that the disc is in the console.

I jist bought Titanfall, i tried installing that, and the installation won't even start because it won't even read the Damn disc.

I've tried Power Cycling, which apparently "Solves" all common problems, but that's just not the case.

I've tried deleting saved games AND resetting to factory. still won't read the disc.

I've tried offline, and what do ya know; It won't read the disc.

It's very odd that my Madden 17, and Forza H 3 plays completely fine, but when I try some of my older games like Madden 16, Madden 15, Madden 25, NBA 2k14 and 15, Mafia 3, and now **** Titanfall, the console will not even read the disc.

Is this a joke? Is it some sort of issue that if you don't the newest video game that comes out you can't play anything? In 2018 will my Madden 17 stop working because it's not Madden 18? Like what the ****, this is ridiculous.

I cannot believe the Xbox One has more issues than the Xbox 360.

Okay so im really getting fed up with the constant communication bans. I have done NOTHING but talk to friends only to avoid this problem. Like its really bs and this needs to stop i was just able to talk 5 mins ago then get hit with a ban. Explain that

 

also yes, the discs were as clean as they could be.
