xbox is a joke of a company

ok before i start this entire system is stupid it gives you categories that nobody cares about and this is probably in a wrong category but **** it, so i was playing overwatch custom games and i get a message from a guy who was telling to change all the
rules of my own custom game, i told him no then he calls me an idiot so i kicks him from the game. now he is messaging me non stop (harrasing me) saying a whole bunch of nonsense calling me bad and other names that wouldn’t be considered “inappropriate language”.
so i block him hoping that would put an end to it but because xbox is perfect he could still message me so i say back to him “**** off you’re annoy” and 1 minute later i get a message from xbox saying im banned for 15 days for “Inappropriate language” what
a joke i wonder why xbox has dropped the price of its console by $100 im actually throwing my console in the in the garbage.
