Absolutley discusted with xbox, been treated like dirt, ive been a gamer since xbox crystal and never had any problems till xbox one, recieved 2 bans in the space of 3 months for no fault of my own!!! Basically from what ive gathered is that im not
allowed to win games no more as otherplayers will report me and i will get banned with immediate effect, no compensation, no phone number or email to contact enforcment and even when my ban runs out people can still report me to get me banned for longer, spoke
to a manager who didnt have a clue in the world and sounded like he read from a script who told me i have no options as there is nothing anyone/myself can do!!, and sighed continously down the phone, im not able to play now as im banned of everything and no
one can help me atall and xbox are refusing to help in anyway,ive been loyal for years now and ive always vouched for xbox but now im at the point were im going to swap to ps4 as this is beyond riddicolous. Its not just me theres thousands if not millions
of other gamers in the same prediciment and its a lose lose scenario, nothing will ever get done and no matter how much time/money you waist ringing suppourt they carnt/wont do anything to help you or even point you in the right dirrection, i carnt even complain
about the completley terrible manager or staff members i spoke to as theres no option. Is there anyone who can help me????

yes mate was kinda thinking the same after 2 weeks of hell trying everything and being very poorly treated by x1 technical , and im hoping that ms can patch out this problem , that is if they ever admit there is a problem

 

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

 

basicaly there is no way for me to contact enforcment no email,no phone number no contact adress, the manager i spoke to on xbox customer service said to me i was waisting my time as there is nothing xbox can do, there is hundreds of forums also supporting

I donno what world your living on but no online service use anything but moderated forums

A number nor a email would be any use as they would be dealing with spam calls which means the line will alwyas be busy or spam email which they would have to go thru every single one and we are talking millions

A moderated forum allows them to control who is spaming aspam would be not.approved and you can't keep posting And who aint and help the ones who actually need helphelp

Most people.only need to be answered once

And thats doesn't include any spammers who do it for.the kicks

You cant block numbers on a call center also.you can't tell if it's spam or not

If it's a dad trying to redial to force them to return the account what happens to you the you would never get thru it's not rocket science

 

spammers would robo call any hotline like that and it would be so busy you would never get thru and they would never be able to help people

The reason why most Services use moderated forums like Sony Blizzard bungee Xbox etc is you would have to have an actual account with them and you would post with that account and they can limit your inquiries

Spamming doesn't count as seeking help

You may only ask once and if upheld that's it

And no there is no way to ask Support for help as enforcement isn't their area you were told this in the console or email msg you received

They do not hage access to that data nor is it there job

Enforcement requires direct access to the network

You can only talk to enforcemebt via the link from the console or the one smwutches told you

If you already case appealed and it was upheld there is nothing you can do

what the manager meant was you are wasting your time trying to bypass the system

You may only use the enforcement site that's it

There would never be a number and even if some miracle it would be useless to you

You cant spam request the same info

Also.robo callers and 100s of players would be spamming the line and noone would get help because the line would alwyas be busy

Don't you think a moderated approach is better you cant ask more then once and you are in queue and you need to have an actual account this prevents spam

All decisions are final and are actually investigated by multiple teans

Wining is fine like 99.9% of live players do

But you might want to check your spam or email or your enforcement site for the reason

ThereThere is no way to contaft the enforcemtn team

They have jobs to do like enforcing the rules of Xbox live and helping people not answering spam

 

Complete bogus i have done nothing to violate my terms, the whole reason ive been banned is from false reports and the manager on the phone said that a certain amout of file complaints will aitomatically ban you, look at the millions of forums/bideos of
other people that have been banned for invalid reports, ive been a loyal gamer for years never once commited any offences and ive been banned due to a system that has alot of floors, also as of contact there should be some form of handling team that can acc
verifiy with you and discuss the ban with you in person and actually here your case weather its 24 hours or permannent and as of spam thats riddicolou, thats no exscuse for them to not have a number an automated system wod rid any spam from reaching an enforcment
agent.

 

Doesn't work like that.A certain amount of reports will never get you banned/suspended.

Any report is investigated by a real person.

Pet uses actual Network data which you never sde

And since you obviously didn't read our previous comments

It can take weeks before an suspension be issued

So it may not even have happened at the time of the issue of the ban

Also should be noted most of those videos are fake

Usually heavily edited or rants

So if the system is accutaye why can i not file any complaint about the bans ive had, my game behaviour is perfectly fine i stick with the same 3 friends and play the same game as i have done for years, never once in m life used any cheating tactics (i.e)
ddoss,lagswitch, software and i never message anyone about winning so its misterious to why i am banned , also the manager said it was due to file complaints against me cheating in some way , i am 100% against cheating i report people who cheat and leave
a description, if you are a geniune gamer and not a microsoft rep you would understand that i have not breached the terms and conditions!! Im innocent and have been banned for no reason.
