    Xbox iOS app crashes on account login


    Every time when I open the Xbox iOS app, it crashes after i sign into my account. It makes the app completely unusable. I can log into another account fine but the account i have my xbox live and xbox game pass memberships attached to is the one
    that crashes my app. Am i forever not going to be able to use my account with both of my paid memberships with the Xbox IOS app?

    Using iphone 8 Plus

    also tried on Iphone 6S plus same crash

    both devices using iOS 12.2

    also tried deleting messages. Did not work.

    Please fix this major bug!

    Having the same issue myself.

    Xbox app on iOS 12.2 (iPhone XS), crashes upon the Microsoft account login screen. Have submitted the crash report, so fingers crossed..!

    I had tried deleting and reinstalling several times. Did not work.

    Took your advice and cleared cache as well. Did not work.

    tried clearing cache and deleting app and reinstalling. Did not work.

    App still crashes every time at the moment i log into account. Screen turns black and returns me to iphone home screen.

    Try to delete all datas ( go to your app settings and empty cache and co … )

    Uninstall your app then re-install it
