    Xbox investigators (suspension)


    I have been a xbox live member for about 8 years and received a suspension for using inappropriate language. The language used was very mild compared to what is normally said on xbox live. I have filed complaint after complaint against people using mods
    and cheating in multiplayer (especially on Call Of Duty World At War) and nothing ever gets done. You need to get your priorities straight and ban people who need to be banned or I will pack up and switch to playstation and bring all my friends with me.

    Unauthorized access and still no word in seven weeks

    So I'm reading around the forum.

    Would it be better to sac the account and start a new one, and tell the investigators to transfer all my DLC + achievements? Is it easier to just do that?

    Xbox Live Must Not Really Be That Important

    To some here, MS can do no wrong. When they say there are not enough investigators, they forget that MS is a massive company that could immediately hire enough people to expedite the process.

    Since you've already reported him, the enforcement team will investigate him and take appropriate actions. Investigations can take time so not all suspensions are issued immediately. You'll also want to block communications with him.

    Because investigations can take time, your 2 suspensions would not be from the same incident. Both suspensions could be for actions that took place days or weeks prior to your 1st suspension.

    Sorry, but the suspension won't be able to be lifted. Since by the time they start the investigation, the suspension will already be over.

    Why are some enforcements not able to be appealed?

    Short suspensions can't be appealed because by the time they've investigated it again the suspension would be over.

    If your account is still suspended I would check Xbox Enforcement to ensure that you have not received another suspension. It is entirely possible that they have investigated
    another report that may have resulted in another suspension. They may have investigated a report for an incident that occurred before this one.

    Just to clarify,a case review will get your suspension investigated again,it does not mean the suspension will be lifted.
